This vegetable wax is extracted from the leaves of the Candelilla bushes. The wax protects against weather and wind and helps to retain moisture, soften and add stability, which gives the end products a pleasant consistency. The wax also has a high gloss, which together with, for example, the emerald powder gives the skin care a nice glow.
